To Ensure I Can Provide the Best Art Possible, the Commissioner Will:- Provide clear reference of the character, and give any written descriptions. Character profiles are welcome! Clear in game screenshots work perfectly, too. The more the better! Please avoid picrews, or sending me to search through your tumblr.
- Communicate any necessary changes when I send the base sketch for approval. Exceptions won’t be made after the lineart is completed, fees will apply.
- Provide or approve desired palettes/palette for palette themed pieces. Provide color palette for your ocs so I have the correct colors.
Turn Around:At this time, I cannot offer a set turn around time for any commissions (regular, donation, ect). This may change in the future. Commissions will be prioritized over donation/thank you art. Though I can’t guarantee a turn around time, you can always check the Trello link - (i) icon - on the main page for the exact status of your commission.I do commission work on no specific schedule at this time.
- I have the right to refuse any commission.
- All finished work is signed and posted to my tumblr, and again reposted to patreon when relaunched. If you wish to remain anonymous, just let me know when ordering your piece.- You will receive the signed and unsigned versions of your piece. If you post the art yourself, please only post the signed version. You can ALWAYS use the unsigned for icons or headers! No need to ask at all, but a credit in the bio would be nice.- My artwork cannot be used for profit, however I can turn your commission into a button or print, just ask when commissioning your piece, and we’ll talk price! Simple designs can be turned into stickers too! (On hold while I'm unemployed.)- You may make small edits to my work that you've commissioned, but ideally you should communicate any changes during the process so I can correct them. The change fees do still apply if the work is completed. You may always reference my art of your character for your own uses, and use it as references for other artists, but never trace, reuse, or resell my art. This includes if you sell your character, you do not have permission to give the art or files to the new owner. Direct them to contact me. The only exemption to fully editing my art is collaborations and coloring pages, or where otherwise specified.

Modder, or someone who just wants to see their oc in game without the struggle of actually working in Fallout 4? I'd be THRILLED to take screenshots for you! I can help you with the process of transferring a copy of your character's presets, SAM/SAF adjustments if you use them to adjust your character, adding them to my game to take screenshots for you, or create poses for your own use! You can use the screenshots for whatever you'd like, and they won't be watermarked at all. I only ask for credit when posting or using them in promotional material! (Screenshots I took for my own use can never be used personally, and especially not for profit or reference, and I require credit if you do decide to go against what I want my art used for. I WILL get in touch with you if you continue using my work without credit, for sale, or otherwise profiting off of my art.) While I still wouldn't be able to work for free, I am willing to discuss other options for payment or compensation. No Pricing will be listed below for collaborations or modding/screenshots for now. Final cost will be determined based off your preferred color option, and any extras you may want. I will always confirm the exact price before charging and starting work.I can work with the buyer on prices on some commissions, bring it up when ordering.
GENERAL COMMISSION INFORMATION- Sketches are headshot/bust pricing, the pricing for full body sketches will fall under the full body pricing guide.
-Adding another character is half the base price extra.
- All will come with your choice of simple or gradient background, or no background. Detailed background $15.
- Extra detailed armor, body parts (Such as wings, tails, any non-human body parts), or any weapon costs $10 extra. Colored lines optional at no extra cost.
REFERENCE SHEET INFORMATION
- Half Sheet Includes: One full body shot with main outfit, one head shot, color palette(s), important design notes (eyes, mouth, special tips), any extra/special body part and 1 or 2 accessories. Comes with simple gradient background.
- Full Sheet Includes: One full body shot with main outfit, secondary full body with alternate outfit or showing back (optional), two head shots, color palette(s), important design notes (eyes, mouth, special tips), any extra body parts/accessories/weapons, max 6. Comes with simple gradient/color block background. Optional animal companion.
- Extras: Any and all tattoos are $5 extra. Weapons, melee $5 per, ($10 for power fist because it is very complex) guns $10 per.
- Half Sheet can add animal companion for added $15
PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept payments through paypal.me, and all prices are USD- For sketches: Payment for sketches, flat color or otherwise, is due once I accept your commission. Sketches are non-refundable, and I only offer changes to the final, finished piece for a fee. Each change to a finished piece is $2.- For Paintings and Clean Lineart Pieces: Payments for paintings are due after you approve the base sketch and I’ve made any necessary changes. Work will pause on your piece until payment is received. Any changes made to the piece after payment is received will cost a small fee, $5 per change, and will be due upon me accepting and you approving the change.- For ref sheets: (I accept payment plans on ref sheets. Info on payment plans below.) Payment for non-payment plan ref sheets are due once you approve the base sketch. Work will stop on your piece until payment is received. Changes to the final lineart or finished sheet will cost a small fee, $5 per change. Fee will be due upon me accepting and you approving the change.CHANGE FEES AND EXPEDITED COMMISSIONS- Change fees for final sketch pieces are typically $2. Change fees for flats, clean lined pieces, and ref sheets are $5 starting, price will depend on the changes needed.
- To avoid fees, communicate changes BEFORE I complete your piece.
- Refusal to pay change fees will get nothing, no changes will be made and you have no permission to edit my artwork in any way.
- When I have a queue, you may pay an additional fee, starting at $10, to jump spaces in the queue. I work first come, first serve otherwise in the order of Sales > Commissions > Donation/Thank youREFUND POLICYRegular Commission Refunds:Refunds are based off how much I have completed.- Sale and Donation items are final sale, no refunds at any point.
- Partial Final Line Art: 50% Refund

PAYMENT PLANS AND HOW THEY WORK:For payment plans, 10% of the total price is due upon requesting the commission. I’ll keep record of how much the buyer still owes and when it was paid. Let me know how often you can pay, and how much each time. Once I’ve received 50% of the total price, I’ll start work on your sheet. Once I have your base sketch finished and you’ve approved it, work will stop on it until I’ve received 100% of the payment. Change fees still apply.
